All H-PROMISE certified used cars are come with 3 free service valid for 1 years from the date of delivery. This can be availed at any Hyundai authorized service center anywhere in Nepal.
1st Free Service – Between 5000KMS to 6000KMS from over and above the mileage at time of delivery or within 4 months whichever comes earlier.
2nd Free Service - Between 10000KMS to 11000KMS from over and above the mileage at time of delivery or within 8 months whichever comes earlier.
3rd Free Service - Between 11001KMS to 15000KMS from over and above the mileage at time of delivery or within 12 months whichever comes earlier.
Note: -
Customers are required to bring their Value+ Card along, while coming for service or any other repair job of the vehicle.
The free service can be void if Vehicle is found being repaired at unauthorized service Centre.
Free Service does not include cost of consumables items e.g. Lubricant, Coolant, Oil Filter, Break Pad, Clutch plate/items etc. Cost of Consumable items used/ consumed has to be borne by the Customer.
